I am doing my mentorship at Yoganette Yoga Studio in West Covina, CA.
2.   Who is your contact?

Antoinette Contreras
3.   How many total hours have you done (total hours should be reflected in your mentorship log located on the right hand side of your blog like your WB)?

I have done approximately 70 hours including classes as well as maintaining the studio.
4.   Summarize the 10 hours of service you did.
The 10 hours of service I did was pretty simple -- I took a couple classes and maintained the cleanliness of the lobby, studio, back rooms, and bathrooms.

Blog 10: Senior Project Update

(1) What are you currently doing in your independent component?
I am taking yoga classes at my mentorship about 3 times a week, trying to learn from each instructor on the roster. A personal goal for myself was that I had to take a class every day but unfortunately, it's impossible as of now due to my hectic schedule involving drama and the play coming up soon. But after December when the play is over, I am sure I can reach my goal & hours required for my independent component.

(2) What is a recent piece of research (article, interview, or audio-visual) that have you reviewed you would say was significant in helping you understand where to go next in your senior project?  The piece of research should be something you reviewed in November.  Please explain what you learned and where are you going next because of this piece of research.
"Healing Injuires With Yoga" by Kino MacGregor was an interesting read. It was about properly aligning yourself in a pose so that any injuries would be avoided. With this piece of research, it opens up more knowledge for my science experiment which is based solely upon alignment.

(3) Provide evidence from your independent component or the piece of research as something you recently did.  For example, a photo of something you working on for your independent component or your notes from the video you watched.
This photo was taken after Alex's last Vinyasa Flow class. I was lucky enough to catch his class before he took off to venture out to something better for him.
